SE has announced two new Android powered devices and the Ray looks handsome. It has a FWGA 3.3" screen and a QSD8255 :)
Its a compact yet powerful phone with a good screen and camera (Just like the WaveI but with Android). The phone is just 9.4mm thick and weighs only 100g :O

The Active has a 3" HVGA screen and the design looks funky. It packs the same processor and should make the phone fly considering its resolution.

They have also announced a normal Qwerty Bar phone named the Sony Ericsson txt.

Active and Ray are expected to be available in Q3 2011.

To show that it belongs to the Xperia premium family? Like the design though :) Pretty compact device with plenty of power.
 
The thingy in the bottom of Active seems very annoying. The battery looks to be a concern as well.

Ray seems good. The 8MP cam is a plus. However, I feel 3.3" for 480x854 resolution is kinda small. They should have made it 3.5/3.6" atleast.
 
The Neo already has a 3.7" screen.

So they now have 4.2", 4", 3.7", 3.3", 3" screen Xperia phones.

This exactly .. and all of them running with pretty much the same internals .. :)

3.3 with WQVGA resolution makes it equivalent to Apple Retina Display .. also its packing its own Mobile Bravia Engine.
 
Xperia Active looks Like a Mini Defy with a bump... Its good though

Xperia Ray is Awesome... Really good specs... Now waiting for the SE Dual Core...
