Here a friend of mine is selling a year old Black Xperia Z Ultra for 12k. Shall I Buy or No?

Dont buy. No flash. Poor build quality. Poor camera quality. Do watch this review before making your decision.
Current price on flipkart is Rs.19990/-. It was Rs.47000/- when launched.

Wait for redmi note to launch. Or else If u want the best camera phone with sturdy build quality do consider Nokia Lumia 1020 at Rs.23999/-. It competes with entry level dslr cameras. 41mp primary cam with xenon flash.the best camera phone u can get.

Nothing beats a Z Ultra if you want a big phone and don't use your camera in low light conditions. 12k is a good price IMO.

Ok. But it has any issues regarding Glass Cracking etc etc

Multiple users have reported glass cracking in Flipkart reviews. Pus not having an LED flash is a deal killer for me.
