Get the XPS 15. Overall a much better laptop. i3 2310M is enough for gaming considering the GPU is just a mid range GT540.

The difference between the GT525M and GT540 is that the GT540 is clocked @ 672MHz and the GT525M @ 600MHz. So a ~12% boost in clock speeds. The shader, core count and the memory type used remains the same (96 shader and DDR3)
