Yatra vs makemytrip

I wanted to book a flight from Mumbai to Cochin on 30/12/2007.. ,so I checked into Yatra.com and Makemytrip.com.
But surprisingly I found a huge difference in Prices offered by both of them on the same flight...:huh:

Searched down for Jet Airways(9W-403)
Departure:Mumbai Time:13 : 40
Arrival:Cochin Time:15 : 25

Total Cost on Makemytrip.com:Rs 4,221(Rs 2,630 + Rs 1,591 taxes & fees)

Total Cost on Yatra.com:Rs.2,833(Rs 1,250 + Rs 1,583 taxes & fees)

So y so much difference on d same flight....:huh:

i have also noticed this , but in my case mmt was cheaper

i think they reserve some tickets in everyflight and then they sell it to the consumers...

yup , someday s back when i was booking a ticket , i checked out

yatra , makemytrip , cleartrip , indiatimes & rediff. i got different prices from 3 of them. so better check up with all of them before booking to get the lowest offer.

yup always check atleast three sites before booking.i personally book through ezeego1 most of the times...
