The IEMs did have a mic but they are sold.

So was the webcam, but the buyer returned it claiming it was not working. I refunded them and paid for the return shipping. Since it was a small item and small amount, I didn't insist on video proof (which in hindsight, I should have.) Upon receiving it today, I found that it works perfectly fine.
