You will be actually lucky to receive a reply from Dell sales in a day or two.I dunno where those monitors are coming down from but the only way to get things done quickly from their sales dept. is by harassing them via phone.Was a Dell employe once :eek:hyeah:
 
But still - just a regular reply from TechShop saying 'I'm working on your orders' or 'Called Dell - no response' or something to that tune, at least once a day would keep the anxiety of the buyers at bay.
 
Ordered last Tuesday and am still with the same status :(.

@techshopguy: I do realize you are busy with several other orders, but please let us know if there is something holding up our orders OR when we can expect it to reach?
