Yeah it was too damn short. Completed in 2 sittings. Must not have taken me more than 5 hours. Not much of stealth unlike the original game. I went guns blazing with the minigun and sprinting most of the time. Just did one side quest which was the first.

BTW, I have Crysis 3 too with me, should I play that as a filler to cut the monotony btw the completed Fc3 and Blood Dragon ?

Nah! The gameplay may be similar to Far Cry 3, but the experience is completely retro. So you'll love it. Keep Crysis 3 aside for sometime.

Yes, I watched a 15min game play trailer, liked the dry humor and the ST. Lots of bling bling in the opening sequence with all the neons, I was kinda hoping you guys would recommend Blood Dragon over Crysis 3, this weekend dedicated to the return of Arnold!!
 
Playing Vanquish now. I haven't had this much disoriented arcady fun since the first Nitro Boost in NFS:Underground.

Damn this game is good. No multiplayer/co-op. would have been so much better.

Started off a platinum run for Batman Arkham Asylum. Some really fun trophies in there. Had played this on PC years back but know my way around.

Edit 1:
10 hours in: 20/48 trophies done, 33% game completed.

Edit 2:
15-16 hours
Completed game on Hard (top difficulty) but missed a trophy Party Pooper just before the climax which means another play through on easy after getting all the collectibles. Thankfully I did 60% collectibles on Hard itself.
Game completed 75%
Trophies 30/48 done

Now a wrap up play through and then onto challenge maps which is the real tough one.

Last of Us will have to wait.

Seriously? So much emotional investment in the three games and they had to have a twist ending? Why couldn't there be just a normal, happy ending that does justice to the amount of effort that Shepard (and the player) and to put in over the course of the three games. Flabbergasted! :mad:

My review on UC series- UC1 was short and sweet. The characterization was missing but that was covered as part of UC3. UC2 as universally agreed was a treat to play.

Shortcomings:: UC1 had the blind fire but had no crosshair to show what are u shooting at which was taken care in UC2&3
UC3 had lot of nail biting sequences and had no real purpose in the story. The graphics was top notch in most parts except in France during the walk in the jungle.. graphics improved only after leaving France. Repetitive sequennces of beaking ground and was never new as UC2 had it in the climax. The climax was a total letdown compared to both the other games in the series
 
Finished Infamous 2...I liked it...much better than the first one...the way graphics were improved...storytelling and cutscenes were so much better than 1st part and loved all the new powers :happy:
