ngl y'all need some passion. I completed the original GTA4 on a GT610 (bought the launch edition for the lollipop girl poster, got caught by parents long story lmfao) and it ran on like 20 fps. Did I struggle a bit? Yes. Did I have fun regardless hanging out with Roman? Yup.

You only went with Roman for the t****es, not the bowling. Admit it.

I agree, with the passion bit. I finished Clive Barker's Undying (2001) in 2003 on a SIS Mirage M661FX at sub 20 fps + an MMX-based Celeron, with the audio cutting out randomly. Still among my best gaming memories.

I would like to refrain from commenting further on my GTA4 endeavors.

Ah, the good old audio cutouts from the Realtek audio drivers era.

Felt going down memory lane and started a replay of some of my favorite levels in - Max Payne 1 on PC after so many, many years! I remember I got this game as a Christmas gift way back in 2002 and played it for the first time back then on my Pentium 3 rig. I was a college kid then... life was simple... college classes, studies, part-time job and video gaming. Golden days.

Bullet time still amazes me...

You gotta try the first person mod for this game, its amazing. Also reshade greatly improves the visuals for this game, Retro Renew on YT has a guide for the specific settings.
