Your Gaming Backlog/Progress Report!

Completed: Spec Ops: The Line (2012). Still relevant and gut-wrenching as ever. Couldn't stop once I started the campaign, it's amazing and horrifying at the same time. Wish we had more psychological horror + shooter genre, or anti-war games in general. Still feels brutal as ever after multiple playthroughs.

This game deserves a remake/remaster. It has the perfect amount of mad max vibes while being a totally different game.
Not a remake/remaster guy, I love retro gaming. Even then, I don't think companies today have the balls to pull off a remake of this title in the current socio-political climate. Discussing or even showing what US Military did in Afghanistan/Israel/Vietnam is tough stuff, and it would get censored immediately, even though the game never explicitly states real world facts.

This game, my God. When I first played it in 2013, I had no idea how this game would grab me by my acorns.
