Arey people cry as much as you like nothings gonna change.
U c the no. of unlimited users to limited users is a heavily one sided ratio in a country like ours were people want to save every little penny.
The unlimited users go screaming their lungs out but the limited users gain better speeds.
So your pain is some one else's gain.

The ISP's are always stubborn. But it always works out for the consumers in the end by some strange twist of fate.
A new player to the market hell bent on capturing the market will do everything to gain customers. These are the times when restrictive policies such as the FU get thrown out of the window.
