Youtele introduces 1mbps unlimited, but......

Hey

I'm using UN 450 Plan by Youtele & its sucks
i did some speed tests & got really bad speeds
i got around 80kbps -120kbps i.e 10kB/s & 12.5kB/s

Torrents speeds are very bad i get speeds from 0.1kB/s to 5kB/s not more

Also i did tests here
Use tools running on M-Lab to test your Internet connection. | M-Lab

& found out there was a lot of packet loss

There were 9 packets retransmitted, 8 duplicate acks received, and 10 SACK blocks received
The connection stalled 1 times due to packet loss

C2S throughput test: Packet queuing detected: 99.99%
S2C throughput test: Packet queuing detected: 12.90%
This connection is network limited 99.8% of the time.
Excessive packet loss is impacting your performance, check the auto-negotiate function on your local PC and network switch

Youtele is the worst internet service provider
I'm planning to change my connection. Any suggestions :huh::huh:

using airtel.. its by far the best service i've ever got.. hardly any complaints.. good customer service ..... nice pings (atleast at for me) for gaming ...

if u r not from mumbai then pls visit their website & get the right email.

Pls keep the email of the nodal officer also in the cc.

In 1 Mbps plan speed is 1024 kbps.. i.e SURFING SPEED

actual Download speed= 1024/8=128 kBps

u sud get upto 128 kBps download speed in torrents...

i am using YOU's 192 kbps UL plan...

I get 20 kBps speed in torrents...

Now YOU has come over from diffrent issues.. and der service is good...

der 1Mbps UL costs around 1435 including tax

and 384 kbps UL around 717 including tax.

I've already used YOU 1mbps for 1430 ... speed SUKD bad on torrents... hardly got more that 5kb. http speed were ok but keeps fluctuating but packet loss was tooo much for gaming. and customer care crap as ever!!!

I would still say BSNL is the best !

This was taken at Peak hours ! Speeds at night and morning are simply perfect !

usually while buying the plan, we do not have options to check the speed, later we feel cheated.
