It only has product registration. I have registered already. Similar to what the other use said, only that registration is available and it seems to be the only proof we will get.

Product registration itself is registration for the extended warranty. Then you'll get an email like in the screenshot above.

But it has to be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
