It was mentioned by someone who replied on his behalf that he doesnt check his pm's on TE.

I check & tell to email also answer small queries so isn't that enough?

if you want order online simple

there isn't any discount if you buy multiple items & shipping increases depending on weight

like newegg mentions multiple item discounts if any similarly we'll mention too if or when we offer it
 
Well as you are dealer on TE there should be no issues to reply in TE itself? Why should we email when we can PM or Post on thread, unless someones is lowballing your dealer threads too :P

he asks to email as checking te on blackberry isn't easy & he rarely uses his pc

Emails can be replied to

PM's cant be replied to even if he reads them on email which he does

He is helpless because he will have to log in to te and logging into te is a pain via bb he says

Also te does not allow replying to pm's via email

a suggestion,

since you read and reply to PMs here on TE, you can collect all the pending requests periodically and mail to Anuj in a single e-mail, and when you get his reply you can respond to the respective members here. e-mails are a better way to follow up on than PMs but you might lose a customer who forgets/avoids emails.
