I have registered on the Zotac website as soon as I bought the product, can provide a copy of the email which I received form them.

The copy which you have posted "Approval Basis for Memo' seems to be a quotation. Am I mistaken?

Well this is the bill that they had provided me. Not sure if this a common practice there.
