^I'm interested but can you post some more pics with more clarity and what's the remaining warranty period.
 
The bill is dated Oct 12. While you are saying you purchased it in Feb 13.
So this card is out of warranty.
 
Have you registered with zotac? If yes, post the screenshot of the email.

Have you registered for extended warranty? If yes, post the screenshot. Or else change warranty to "NO" Or the mods might delete this thread.
