Please suggest how should i approach the situation , DTDC is telling to me wait for 12 days from the date of booking. Says it's still under delivery time. Already have been a week since booking and 5 days since last tracking update.

Bad habit I guess, got the package packed and just asked how much was it. the guy didn't even asked for lite or express I just payed and left.

DTDC has started lacking in services now, delhivery seems better these days. Never had problem with them so far.

There is always gonna be a bit of risk when you hand over your stuff of shipping to someone. I was comfortable coz all packages were always delivered on time and without any damages. This time I got unlucky.
