im sorry to say this but is this the season for scams ?? why is there a sudden uptick in the number of such occurrences... its a shame that this platform is being plagued by the same issues that other non trustworthy ones face...
please look into the matter (also the usman raza case recently which still hasnt been resolved)

How did this happen after you clearly uploaded pics that have an unsealed box with the zotac factory sticker and everything ? I mean I just cant wrap my head around it, was this card in your possession or did the retailer send the card directly ? I'd like to be aware of such retailers, some info would help.

Retailer sent to me thej i shipped the card. Didn't open the card as it was sealed. Lesson learnt. Will check product before sending even if it's sealed

Actually when i picked graphics card box i was suspicious because box was light weight, as 3070ti has 3 fans and good asthetics.

Also later i found that 3070ti Total weight with card 2.8kg and package total weight was 1.970 kg.

yeah i didn't check the weight. i didn't know that it should be 2.8kg
i'll be getting a replacement from seller it's in shipment already will send the gpu to @VaaN directly
