Graphic Cards Zotac Service center in Bangalore - RMA

I have purchased ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 Mini (6GB) on July 2016 from The IT Depot (https://www.theitdepot.com/) .

Now my GPU fan is causing noise and not spinning at full rpm. RPM oscillates between 200 - 700 RPM. After running for 5 mins without any load, the fan coil (center) becomes so hot ,whereas the aluminium heat sink is not hot at all. I have registered my product in zotac and received a confirmation mail (but no where mentioned about extended warranty) and have purchase invoice.

Can anyone please tell me where is the Zotac service center in Bangalore. The customer support gave me a number : +91-9833666901 , which is not working.

Chat didnt help. I dropped a mail to technical@zotac.com. Upon verifying my Invoice and Warranty docs, they registered my case with the Official Zotac Service Center in Banglaore (took a day to get response)

Went to the location, Gooddown-3 is the RMA zone. The service center guy collected the card and gave me receipt and ask me to come after 1 week. I called after 1 week, new card was ready and went there and collected. Due to server down, he could not able to give a delivery receipt. But as agreed, he mailed me the soft copy the same day. The delivery receipt indicates the transition from old serial number to new number. So that it can be used for next RMA.

So, overall experience is good.

They are authorized service center for other brands too. Some snaps from that center is attached here.

^^ I second that, my 1080 Ti FE bought in April 2017 was fautly and I RMA'd it this September, but the replacement card died in a week.

I emailed to the above mentioned techincal person who was very helpful :finger:, new card was sent to me in 10 days, happy with the result.
