I just create an aramex account, enter the address they have given and thats it? or will I have to enter more info like they will expect a package for me or something?

^ Ya just enter the address that they gave. Make sure you include your account id (The three letter code followed by a number). You will get a mail, once the item is delivered at their office. :)

Yes surely, it's a lifetime account and can be very useful to buy anything from US or UK whenever the need arises in the future. At least for US there are other alternatives like ICC world, but don't know about UK.

Ok so i registered on aramex shop and ship for 5$. But i used my ICICI master card CC and it never asked me for the 3D secure thing :S

Although i have got my US and UK addresses also.

The 3D secure thing does not work for international payments ?? :S

^ 3D Secure will come only on sites supporting VBV/MSC, and it is not mandatory for international transactions, although some websites use it.

Use google checkout. far easier to use than mastercard/visa or paypal.

Afaik mobile phones are charged like single digit duties.. might even be less than 2%. Don't remember exactly.

Ordered one on prepaymania using google checkout. :)

@ Varkey, I mentioned my aramex code in second line of address not just after my name, hence my shipping address looks like

My Name

My code, Aramex house

Aramex uk address.

Later I realized that ideally it should be " My name/ My code" in the first line. I hope it does not makes any difference else I stand to lose around 8k.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

guys, just placed an order, but while checking out from google checkout, I didnt know what phone number to enter with the address, so did a google search for the adress and entered this -

01753-689898

found the address here - Aramex (U K ) International Courier Ltd. - SL3 0NS

bw, when would we get the confirmation from PrePayMania.co.uk about the confirmation of the order?
