Lets not jump just because buyer is not happy with the deal.
I had been on PM with this guy & was responding to him as & when I get time.
ALso I told him that my home PC is online all the time but I am not sitting in front of it so you can expect delay in reponse or SMS me. I had shared my cell no with Darksmith. Also the orig shipping packet had my address & contact nos. Infact, darksmart shipped back the mp3 player in my packing with my address already printed. So I am not sure why he was calling courier for something which was in front of him all these days.
Now for the deal details.
I had shipped the product to him & share the courier details & my contact nos. I rxd a call from him after 10-12 days that he hasn't rxd it. Reason given to me was - he is mostly on travel. I lodged a complaint with Prof & then I rxd a confirmation from this guy that he has rxd the package with some damage but he is Ok with it. (Pl chk his PMs to this effect).
The mp3 player comes with a USB cable to charge from PC/Laptop. I still shipped a Motorola Charger so that he can use it wout PC also.
He was not sure how to use mp3 player. SO I gave him the OEM link to download the detailed manual. But somehow he is not able to use the same & was always complaining of poor performance.
I told him that mp3 player is working fime & has a playback time of more than 4 hrs but he was not happy.
Howeverdarksmart chose to ship back the mp3 player. I checked & found that his complaint is totally baseless & there is nothing wrong with the player. Infact, on rxpt, I played it with headset attached & could get a playback time of over 4 hrs & still it was playing.
When I reported my findings to darksmart, he claimed that he never loaded any songs on it neither could play it ( it is all on PM so you can verify it).
If darksmart doesn't have a clue to use a device, am I at fault as a seller? I have sold many items on this forum but tell me one buyer who had a problem with my sale??? & that too for a paltry Rs 600.
I have told darksmart post chking the mp3 player that I will ship it back once he pays me reshipping charges as there is nothing working with the product.

I have told darksmart to get his goods by 10 March post which I am not responsble for his ware. I never offered any warranty or return on my sales to darksmart. SO I am keeping his item in safe custody. Post 10 March, he will also have to pay holding charges.
