40" led D5500 or D5900 or 40" Sony Ex520

Guys I have decided to get that samsung led screen 40" D5500 too..but i am still confused with d5900 it looks more sleeker and attractive..

cost of 40d5500 at alpha irla market is arnd 56k and for d5900 arnd 57k......d5500 else whr like vijay sales and croma is priced at 62 to 64k

Sony EX520 is also a good option..this one is the last choice if none are available.

please help me decide which model to go for also the panel don't know if the alpha irla ( mumbai ) market ppl allow to check that...

does the sva panel really makes a big difference ?

also suggest a decent sony or a philps htib model will only be used mostly for music or occassional movies..budget around 12-15k max.

Guys Samsung d5900 40 led is no more manufactured it is not available with major vijay sales stores or even at croma..It is going to be replaced by a new

series something like lxd5900 ( not sure ) with similar features but availability is not yet guranteed. I have paid for d5500 for now and have asked the sales person to wait till tuesday evening since he told be he will get some update till then.

Finally got the 40D5500. Excited to set it up. Do the samsung guys come and do wall mounting or I have do it myself ? not a very avid tv guy, but what do u guys recommend a dth or a simple stb from hathway ?

Thanks for your interest pal..havn't called them up yet since waiting for some furniture to make place ! but do they mount it on the wall for free or that cost is on us ?

well tv is mostly used by family for viewing some daily soaps. I only watch occasional movies. What do you suggest ?

for the first year one can call the service centre guy for n number of times to do the wall mount install.

after that you will be charged for the visit fees.
