Absolutely. Such activities should never be ignored. I hope either some strong action is taken, or this matter be forgotten altogether.
No other way to deal with such people.

+1 to post on all forums. I am sure one admin / mod here is a mod in E forum too. And one member here is a mod on thinkdigit. These are sort of top 3 tech forums in India so we can post there.
Also broadbforum as well.

I don't know about posting his details everywhere. Just take it up with the higher authorities as seems to be the consensus here. That should hopefully take care of the zombie accounts.

Why don't admins just disable new registrations for few days until we gather all the details enough to lodge a complaint or so. I know it'll hinder some genuine new users to join TE but atleast he won't be able to pm, spam here & there.
 
A Better way is to moderate all new signups.

OR

If we want to go after him, let him post as much as he wants. We will have all the more material.

this sort of attitude is how we let petty thieves become major criminals. they start of with "small" crimes, get away with it scot-free or with a slap on the wrists at most. then, since they havent faced any consequence, they are emboldened to do worse.

people like these are why i strongly feel that juveniles shouldnt be treated any differently under the law. firstly "kids" grow up much faster these days. secondly, if you can do the crime you can do the time

I suggested that because earlier today in the morning when i came to TE i saw lots of spam threads(posted by that pervert of course) in GT section and numerous spam posts in other sections as well. That time most of the mods stays offline so it was like junk scattered all over and nobody was there to clean up.

And yeah if that pervert will be left unpunished then only we should feel defeated. Thats my humble opinion.

In all my time here i've never seen spam threads. Compared to other boards this place is very well policed. Member reporting is quite effective.[DOUBLEPOST=1378651281][/DOUBLEPOST]

reminds me of the time when i signed up here, took 2 follow up emails before they let me into this joint.
 
Monitoring signup is not a solution but monitoring first 5 posts and make them appear only after mod approves should be done.
Also either increase the max trophy points requirements for market and / or exclude the points gathered from Facebook account linking.
 
I just don't see this guy being 14!

Either way, this should be taken to its logical conclusion. This is not the first time he is apologizing and offering to put an end to his troublesome ways!

At one side he is apologizing and on the other side he is still creating new ids and PMing abuses.
