Tips for buying in Nehru Palace

So I got some quotations from shopkeeper there but I think I can get better price. Can we bargain there ? Is there a shop there that you will like to recommend ? Any advice would be helpful.
For perspective i5-6600(I asked for 6500) was quoted for Rs 16,400 and 1060 6GB (I think its Zotac. Whats comes cheapr that that ?) for Rs 21,200.
Can I get better deal than this ? MD computers might be ?
 
I think a few good computer shops where you should go and get quotes are, Computer Empire and SMC International.
 
5 mins of google and smc international looks damn good,will visit some day.
OT,why is i5 6600k 19k?should it not be like 15k?

Normally, Cost To Cost will give you prices before adding taxes to it. You should always ask them what the cost is with taxes.

I've been buying my systems (2 so far) and upgrades from SMC for the last 4-5 years. They're great at service and will tend to match prices if you tell them you can get it cheaper at another store in Nehru Place. They don't bargain a lot but will give you some discount if you're getting an entire system built. I think they gave me 1000 rs discount on a 70k system.
