Nvidia RTX 3XXX Series announced

I have never been an early grabber or adopter whatever one might call it as. I think everything will be normal by Feb because this time the Holiday season will be crazy with PS5/XBOX/AMD/NVIDIA and Semi conductor companies+NAND Manufacturers trying to cope up with the demand. Not to forget Apple also launched its next gen tech.

"PCMag spoke to an admin of Bounce Alerts, who confirmed the group offered an automated bot to help members purchase the RTX 3080 units on launch day. For $75 a month, members get access to bots and other information to help them quickly buy retail items from companies and resell them.

“Our job at Bounce Alerts was to ensure our consumers were able to purchase the product for their needs,” the admin said."

Its good actually. Gigabyte almost have confirmed 3080 20gb, 3070S with 16gb and 3060 8GB and nvidia will launch when navi launches to plug the gaps. And prices should be better by then.

I think they thought we are asking about 3070. As mid oct means 15 which is date of sale for 3070. Sometimes these mails are pretty much automated. Hence I hardly believe they ever read the 3080FE part in the mail

I am confused right now. sold out my 1080ti. running stuff on gt 210. should I be upgrading to 3080 10GB or wait and go for 3080 20 GB. 1lk I can stretch 3090 was never an option for me. Dont want any AIB they look awful. FE looks awesome.

If you are just gaming at 1080p or 1440p the 10gb should be ok. Hell even 4k should be fine. If you are using professionally for work etc then get more vram.
