Budget 51-70k looking to buy a new gpu for 4k 90-120fps gaming

i have a gtx 1070 liquid cooled now with that im unable to play at 4k 60fps at ultra settings. I want to upgrade my gpu which can handle 4k 90fps atleast

Got my self a rx 6700xt gaming X for 78k. Now im thinking i have wasted money on a stupid card:confused::nailbiting:, this one cant even be comparable to gtx 3060ti

did i spent too much on this card. should i cancel my order and wait for gtx 3X series

thanks for your time and suggestions :)

78k for 6700xt is just ridiculous, just cancel it.
If you have a working GPU, I'd say keep using your gpu and try for Nvidia Founders edition cards, it'll be well worth it. If you can't wait then you're better off buying 6800xt for 10k more. 6700xt can't handle QHD in the near future, let alone 4k at 90fps.

dammit i thought so too. this is the one i got

MSI Radeon RX 6700 XT DirectX 12 Ultimate RX 6700 XT GAMING X 12G 12GB 192-Bit GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

i didnt find 6800 xt anywhere for 10k more

MSI 6800xt X trio was available for 87k in compify.in last week but it's not in stock now. If you can wait, just use your old gpu while looking out for good deals and trying for a FE card.

what do you think about asus TUF 3070 OC for 80,000?

Hate to break it to you currently there exists no GPU in the market which can do 4k90+ FPS. Even 60fps is hard to maintain on 4K even on an RTX 3090.
Game engines need time to evolve to do that at lower resource cost.

Lol this is funny. where have you been this days ? That price is rediculus. for 2k gaming 6800XT and above for 4k gaming RTX 3080 or above. else forget good gaming at those framerates without quality drop.
I would suggest get a 3090 instead if 4k is your target.

I would say it's still overpriced and you're not gonna get the performance you expect in 4k. Like Prince said above, you need a 3090 for good 4k performance or at least 3080/6800xt.

I found this Asus Radeon 6700xt 67k
Check if the site is legit and reviews of that card if you decide to buy, I'd say still not worth it if you can't wait it out.

Also for 94k 6800xt is available in a site but it's still a little over priced.

94k 6800xt is now the official price I think as when I bought the card I was told that the new pricing will be this.

If you really care about money which you should if you worked hard then you should cancel that order and look out in Marketplace section for good deals on 20 series high end cards or post a WTB thread. Playing on 4K means you would have to change your GPU every generation for the best to get that smooth 60fps on every new game out there, currently not possible.
6700XT won't do 4K60fps, period. And if you really want to hold just for 2 years why spend that much?

I would also suggest going Nvidia for DLSS if you really plan for 4K gaming that would definitely help a LOT.

;)

ps : i brought the card on mdcomputers.in and they don't accept returns if i accept the delivery. do you i can reject the delivery and ask them for refund?
Ya good luck getting it from them, looks like they don't even accept cancellation after it's shipped.

That is very absurd pricing, on good days this card sold for like 60-65K @80k it is not worth it even a bit. Don't give in to the scalpers.

Also, for the benefit of everyone RTX 3070 ti and RTX 3080 ti will be out in less than a month.
Specs have already leaked check articles online.

6700XT is almost 3070/2080Ti so yes it can do 4k resolution but don't expect all ultra settings and 90-120fps.
Ultra settings nowadays are just for benchmarking and hardly offer significant difference in visual compared to high settings.
If you turn your settings to high-medium then yes most games can do 90fps.

what about 2080ti? is comparable to 3090?

can it run games 4k 70-80fps? I have evga 1300W platinum power supply so it wont be an issue i think

i've seen 2080ti reference card for 90k

2080Ti is just a tad better than 3070. In normal condition, RTX3080 founders edition costs 62k and this is lot more powerful than 2080Ti which is going for 1.4L right now (). Even the RTX3090 founders edition is supposed to cost 1.3L.

Are you willing to pay 1.4lacs for a two year old card that does average 4K gaming when you can wait and get RTX3080 that does 4K gaming well, for 60k-70k? Even for 90k, 2080Ti is a waste of money for 4K gaming.
