Jeeves engineer two days back wasn't listening to us. His senior was denying our request without even listening to us because we raised it after so many days of phone delivery. Requested the engineer many times and finally he agreed.
Received the replacement today. It has the exact same issue What should be done now?

:( What should I do?

That's just really bad quality. And to happen a second time! I wonder if they did it knowingly. You should definitely escalate the issue and ask for a return/refund. Post on Twitter as @Tejas01 said. Post with pics, and also email them.

I hope this issue is solved for you soon... it is just unnecessary headache. I don't think I can recommend Poco M3 for my friend now. Will have to start looking at other options... sigh. I don't want someone else to be stuck with a faulty phone on my recommendation. Motorola or Nokia seem good to me now. Even if they are behind in specifications, but atleast quality wise stuff will be good and that too with stock Android.

I hate it when customers are cheated like this.

Good luck man. Your troubles don't seem to end it seems.

wow , so yours has issue too ? wierd i am sure my piece was fine must be huge qc issues with the m3

I agree with what everyone said ' return it ', also raise a fuss on twitter thats the easiest way if anyone has good reach here on twitter maybe ask them to retweet as well ! you should get the return. Social media way is much easier than going through all the hierarchy of jeeves fk cc etc etc etc as these brads etc care about their image a lot

Not upto 11-12k, but upto 14-15k should be possible. Like when I was to purchase X3, the prices of X2 dropped to around 14-15k during sale.
However, I am not seeing much of difference between X3 and X3 pro, except for the processor, UFS 3.1(good to have), extra storage (you also have micro sd card, so not much of an issue unless you use tons and tons of apps). I am not sure about Sony sensor, 682 vs 582, but you will have to see the difference yourself. Just pray that sales of pro don't pick up so Poco will drop prices of both X3 and X3 pro.
@nick.knack91011 So I was going through FK yesterday and yes, they are giving good discounts on Holi season. X3 was quoted at ₹14k something. Still a good buy.
I somehow feel robbed..

Haha , man I decided yesterday to not buy a phone as v20 is doing fine despite temptation. Man this morning after a night out while travelling I lost my v20 in auto , I am so pissed ! First time I used auto in ages and not uber and it was being used as secondry phone without sim so no way to find it ! Ugh

Anyway tech gets old super fast nowadays no need to feel robbed ( is 13.5 again today with sbi ). I will try to survive for now but idk i might have to buy one sometime now. Still pissed though .

Don't know about chargeback on cc, maybe @sandeepsachin can help.
Regarding returns, raise this issue on their twitter handle, Facebook, talk to higher authorities (not cc). This
Not on twitter, facebook. Is there any escalation email?

I always forward the initial response from CC to escalations@flipkart.com and that team is a bit more diligent on following the issue. Can't say if it will lead to a satisfactory conclusion, but certainly worth a try.

Phones market is crazy now with releases everyday,

So true. Really, it is crazy out there with smartphones. There are so many choices, and new ones keep launching frequently. It makes really hard to decide which phone to go for.

I search for "best smartphone below Rs... ", and I see maximum articles mentioning Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Poco, Redmi... it is crazy. These Chinese companies have captured the market. There are really few decent choice available if you want to buy a non Chinese phone. Even Moto is now Chinese. Nokia phones are hardly mentioned in such articles. I mean, they are not so bad, right? They can be atleast mentioned as a choice.

I have to buy a phone for my mom ultimately, and there are really so less decent choices. A good alternative needs to be there for these Chinese phones.

If anyone is getting a phone for their elders, your best bet would be go for stock/near stock.
I really rooted for stock android, but companies like Xiaomi(for obvious reasons), Nokia(hmd decided to screw it, not nokia), Moto(to a certain extent wrt updates) watered my expectations.
As much as we want an alternative to Chinese, there won't be none in the foreseeable future. China took 20+ years to become manufacturing capital of the world.
We are nowhere near that.

exactly , I wanted a phone too but then market is so crazy after searching for couple of days I still didnt know what I wanted lol Although my experience with poco was good so i will pickup up an x3 or pro whenever I am in need maybe but then I also will be rooting the phone.

Nokia is best option really imo with stock android its just that chinese phones offer way more features and better specs at 10k than nokia does at 14k but I still do think long term nokia is better and their phones generally have lowest radiation emissions values etc and built to last and are better for elders at home.

Yea, I too think Nokia is a good option, specially with the stock Android that I don't think anyone else is offering. And yes, really, Nokia can offer better specs for the given price and it will really be in the game.

I would still go for a Nokia phone, and my Nokia phone is still going good thankfully. But, my brother who got charging port problem with the same model does not want to buy another Nokia phone. He also does not like these Chinese phones. Now, he is thinking of going for Google Pixel 4a.
