Budget 15-20K "Best" Android phone for under 20k?

Can you guys give me some personal recommendations for the best phone under 20k? Regardless of the specs or brand or even what I want.
Please state your reasons for it if possible. I'm thinking of getting one during this Republic Day sale if possible.

I've also read the template and looked into my requirements and couldn't find a phone which I really like so I'll choose only the relevant info from the template (just for formality's sake).

1. Budget?
A: INR 20k max.

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: FHD. Super AMOLED would be great (M51)

3. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 4G. Don't need 5G.

4. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: I like Moto for its stock Android. I used to hate Xiaomi phones for its MIUI interface and bloatwares. And Oppo, Vivo phones etc. I should mention that I don't know how to root phones.

5. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: Camera, video recording and light gaming. I need 60fps for 1080p. Don't need 4k.

6. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Dual SIM with dedicated MicroSD card slot

7. New or Used?
A: New is preferred. Old is fine if I get a good deal on phones less than 2 years old with good battery life. 2+ years is a big NO. Especially those users who play games a lot and charge a hundred times a day.

8. Any other requirements?
A: Need good battery backup. Nothing less than 5000mah battery if possible. Fewer options I know. Need SD730G chipset minimum.

9. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A: Samsung M51 has almost everything which I need. What it doesn't have are: 60fps video recording and stabilized video recording. Just these two
Moto Fusion Plus. But it doesn't have a dedicated MicroSD card slot. I want to add 128GB card. Also 5000mah battery. If it had 6000mah battery it would have been an instant pick.
Moto G9 Power. This was my first choice. But the the HD+ screen and lack of dedicated card slot hurt it.
I currently own a Moto G5+.

What do you guys think?

Banking apps don't work with custom rom unless you have Magisk installed.
OK. So what is the safest and best way to get a clean stock android experience on the these VFM phones that supports banking apps and VoWifi (Wifi Calling). Is there a guide on xda or some other site that can detail out the phones and best ROM for it?

If my budget can be stretched to 25k would there be any good Android phone with long battery? Just wondering.
BTW the Moto phones cannot be shipped to my location so I'm looking for a local deal for the Note 10 6/128.

My father was using Samsung Galaxy S4 till now. His usage is primarily Calling, IM through Whatsapp and YouTube browsing. As he stays in a village with poor connectivity, wanted a phone with good battery life and good screen to daytime legibility. So narrowed down to Poco M3 and Redmi Note 10(x). Finally ordered Redmi Note 10 (6-128) due to it's subdued looks wrt M3, better screen and fast charging.
Main reason for opting for Xiaomi device was their famed "aggressive battery management". This ad thing, while might not be that much troublesome for him, because he might accept it as the way things are, but I would know he's roaming around with it so what are my options regarding ad-free experience for him ?
Secondly, the pursuit of getting "stock Android" experience, will it have any detrimental impact on battery performance of the phone?
Thirdly, does the debloating process requires the phone to be rooted ?

You can set your region as EU and there would be no ads, notifications(best option, applies to all mi apps sendings ads, notifications). You can also disable notifications from GetApps. Using debloater will also help you rid unwanted stuff. No, you don't need for root. You can also disable "recommendations" under individual apps so that there are no apps.
Stock Android experience through custom roms depends a lot on which rom your are installing. A well-tested rom with popular developer support will perform better wrt battery management than those in beta stages/Unofficial ones.

This video should help you ease your concerns if you are debloating for the first time.

Also, I am assuming Note 10 has Miui 12.5 with A11 OOB. Then you can also uninstall some system apps normally if you feel they are not needed.

I keep on forgetting to share this. Gadgets360 mentioned it in their review

The update seems to be undergoing stability testing.

So I watched some video comparison between the Note 10 with SD678/Adreno 612 and X3 with 732G/Adreno 618. I honestly was expecting only a slight difference between the two but damn the 732G is much smoother it really surprised me.
OMG! Did you guys know? The Samsung F62 6/128 was available for only 18k yesterday! The 8/128 is still available for 19999rs. Actual price for the 6/128 is 23999rs if i remember correctly.
I came to know of it just now.
Flipkart link: https://www.flipkart.com/samsung-galaxy-f62-laser-grey-128-gb/p/itmaf3ed4dbc2ee5?
But shipping may be a problem. Flipkart doesn't seem to deliver to states which are under lockdown?
I can't reach Flipkart Support either. It says "Sorry we are unable to process your request." Do they have any cs?

Stay away from exynos and rgarding shipping due to lockdown ,most of us are in same boat .But no need to worry they definitely have their analytics .A second sale would definitely arrive once the second covid wave subsides

Stay away from exynos
The Exynos 9825 actually seems like a very good SoC. Check out this review
Only problem for me is that the video camera has no 1080p60fps option.
Anyway I just had a long chat with Samsung online support. There is an instant cashback of 7500rs if you use HDFC/ICICI so you can get the 6/128 for 16499rs. If I can get this locally then I just might (assuming the Samsung store opens).

Thinking of getting this for my mom. Only thing I worry about is the 7000mAh battery. Too much packed in too little space?
I've heard that they don't by default.
Works with Magisk hide, and Magisk manager repackaged as another app name.

Haven't checked the PiHole log yet. Will update here after checking post lunch.
EDIT:- How can I retrieve log of Pihole for a particular time interval for a specific IP address ?

Go Moto. Stock Android is good for elders and those who don't know how to fiddle with smartphones imo.
Just got the Redmi Note 10, been setting it up past 1 hour. Debloating also done, haven't encountered any "Ad" yet, maybe because I'm sitting behind an aggressive PiHole. Final verdict will be delivered by end user i.e. my Father
Any screen bleeding issue?

one could also have a look at nokia 3.4 that is a small simple phone with snapdragon 460 and less price which elders could handle well and no nonsense
