I was thinking about getting it as well and then incidentally my older 2 TB Passport just failed in the midst of watching a video with the click of death. I was only using it to store videos, so don't mind losing all the data but probably something to keep in mind.

Instead, went for the SanDisk Extreme v2 SSD now for a bit less than 10k. It is only 1 TB but at least it is fast when accessing photos/videos and one can be more assured of it not failing since I will not be writing much to it as a long term storage drive.

I use this WD 5TB currently paired up with my RPi 4 running 24x7 and I hope it works for many years. It only has videos so if it fails data loss is not an issue but still I will lose the HDD.

That's true, there is no other option for mass storage. I was using another 2 TB Passport for personal storage but will move that to the SSD and use the HDD again for downloading stuff.

Also helps that the SSD matches with my 1 TB OneDrive, so can back up all files to the external drive and not keep anything downloaded on my laptop SSD.

It's pretty feature rich for a Rs. 9500 monitor.
 
Anyone bought and then returned/replaced an expensive item (Rs. 30k+) from Flipkart or had an interaction with their CC in recent times? I am planning to get a Dishwasher from FK but my experience of dealing with Flipkart's CC hasn't been good compared to Amazon's. I have been able to even return items to Amazon which were only allowed for replacement and that too long after replacement window closed down whereas couldn't get even replacement from Flipkart for a wrong item.

Second, the Bosch Dishwasher I am looking at was available for 36k during BBD sale but Mom was undecided at that moment. Now its at 39k and she is overly-decided to buy it now. :mad: So should I pick it up right away or price may drop again during Diwali? Unfortunately, the Silver Inox one is not available at Amazon atm.

A whole damn 2 ton carrier AC. It was a genuine pain to deal with flipkart, it came damaged and it took 1 week+ for the return.
