so you have marked up the SSD by 50% ...Neat

@krsamy He did mark it up but IMO there's nothing wrong with that. The price is determined by the present market. He's selling below the current market price and it's a very recent purchase.
OK I agree with you and I am sorry to the OP if my opinion is wrong. Ultimately the seller has the correct judgement. The demand and supply decides the final price.

Agree with this part. I think while it rubs people the wrong way, this being a community based marketplace and not a pure marketplace, it takes certain amount of patience to catch the right deal at the right time. We all read about this SSD deal on the deals thread, but very few actually got it.

Let's also not forget that to get this deal, the OP had to spend certain amount of accumulated supercoins, which are not given out for free and the price doesn't reflect that. In an online marketplace, In-store currency is also currency and should not be valued at zero.

Yes, I agree. Same thing with any card discounts etc which require that you maintain that card etc.

Nothing to be sorry about. Both of us shared our perspectives is all.

sure! give us some commission :D

edit1 : or a bribe, depending on how you'd look at it

edit2 : just to clarify, it was an attempt... to jest
Thanks mate.

If the SSD sells at 4k in market nobody is going to buy at 6k. It is fair to buyers.. so I think the inverse of it, can be also fair to sellers.

The OP has just bought 1x of the Samsung SSD and has put it on sale within a week of receipt at a price to profit. Nothing wrong with profiting but he misleads by saying "extra stuff" when clearly he seems to have bought only one and selling it for profit as soon as he received it.

I had upgraded my OS to a new SSD. I have put my old SSD for trade https://techenclave.com/threads/trade-buy-transcend-128gb-m-2-sata-iii-ssd.209415/
Also, I had a couple of crucial SSDs bought a while ago. https://techenclave.com/threads/ssd-compatibility.208502/

took a while to decide which one to use and decided to sell the Samsung one.

we have discussed this enough I believe in the thread. Let the OP gets his price and the choice
of which SSD and at what point of time to be left to his wish.
