You can refund the payment for the motherboard so he can ship it back to you.
Replied via pm so that I could explain the issue entirely.
Just my 2 cents:
Delhivery does have a habit of not attempting pickups and just updating the tracking as 'pickup not ready'. I use Amazon shipping wherever possible, just because of this reason.
I have been at Delhivery offices multiple times, and have seen this lazy behavior first hand. At the end of their shifts they will just mark all deliveries as 'door not answered' and pickups as 'not ready'.
This exactly what I told him, but he is thinking I am not allowing the delivery person to collect the product. So many times I mentioned, no one called, no one came to collect the return.
For 3 days they kept doing same...the one mentioned in the chat is because of festival eid but you on other hand had no such reason and i did talk to delhivery they kept saying same it shipping wasn't ready by merchant. I'm not gonna refund anything you never paid me for cabinet. Please don't talk about call logs they can be deleted just like how you offered to alter invoice.I don't agree with that as that time delhivery support didn't inform me. you're shady af. Why don't you send laughing emoji and say I'm waiting for legal notice you like mocking right you'll get what you deserve dw
Psu is all good and you were given sufficient time time to test it. I didn't ask for payment days after the product was recieved by you. But now you want me to reduce price of psu or refund you which is not happening please keep your bullshit to yourself
Why don't you tell everyone how you offered warranty on motherboard but failed to provide invoice and told me you will edit invoice which is shady and a crime too but no you will not you didn't even respond in that thread did you? Btw also explain why is the motherboard registered for warranty on 25/08/2022 but you bought it on 26 December 2022 is it rmaed or did you provide fake invoice?

This is record of him refusing again n again to the shipping company
Warranty by default is from manufacturing date. Not the date you purchase, unless you actually register it on website.

If warranty is from date of manufacturing then the product was manufactured on January 2022 imported on april. Your argument is invalid. Only company that ik that does the warranty thing from manufacturing is sapphire

But the thing is check screen shot both of the pick ups happened in afternoon between 1 pm to 4:30 pm. What you're talking about is true it happened with me while i was shipping him Cabinet processor, psu. It was around 8 pm and that on that day it was eid so he asked me politely if i can do him a favour and get it picked on Monday to which i said yes

No I have not touched it even accessories are sealed and as it is. The shipping box in which he shipped and all things is still with me

I have not scammed him, he got a brand new fully functional motherboard first up (he himself submitted a positive feedback). Don't know where exactly he wants to use my invoice. I mean how is it even possible to use someone else's invoice to show it as your own purchase. (Don't know whether that is even legal) I even told him I will help him with the RMA if needed in the future but he has a problem in that too. This guy has said a lot on phone, he even told me that he will be sending his relatives to my address, now this is getting personal, tell him to behave. Now you really think I should be banned here.

I am not saying you're lying or he's lying, if mods suggest something being neutral, you should have faith and accept the resolution. Sure, have an honest and calm conversation with mods and figure it out together. But just denying everything will not make the situation better.

I am not sure if mods generally do this, but this is one of those situations where an escrow system would help. Since this is not a for-profit business or something like that, I understand mods or the platform don't want any legal obligations.

Guys, just behave and do the good thing. Give other humans the benefit of doubt.

Giving the invoice does not in any way harm you. Even if the other person uses it to file return or whatever, you are still the first buyer and only you can avail that. Not giving it outs you as the unreasonable party in this transaction. If you were so concerned about whatever details are there on that invoice including the GST number, you should have never sold it.

If it was possible to do that, everyone would be buying used products with bill and claiming GST input credit on them lol.
You promised the bill as part of the deal, so you have to provide it, or provide full refund for mobo and have it sent back to you as suggested by mod. Those are your options.

There's been some miscommunication/misunderstanding between you two regarding the GST bit. Talk it over, send the bill and finish the deal.

What about all the personal things he talked about on phone. You want me to ignore it too...
You can appeal the mods about that behaviour after the deal is complete. I am pretty sure non-civil behaviour is not tolerated on the forum (from anyone). Just check the List of fraudulent members - Please check before dealing!. Many have been given the appropriate treatment before, and mods will take care of it regardless of who was the guilty party.

Your offences are you didn't honour part of deal by not providing invoice. Second first you told I'm using your gst, now you're saying I'm showing it as my purchase you chose to ignore every line i have typed above explaining again and again to promote your agenda. Dude told me if the motherboard needs some service in future I'll have to ship it to him on my own expense and he will take care of rest and I'll have to pay again for shipping. I told him if he can't understand why i want invoice my relative will visit him and explain it to him and also he can pick up cabinet to which he suggested tampering of invoice. Before deal you asked for full payment which i made you told me you will provide invoice which i did you told me product has 2.7 years of warranty left i believed. But now I checked it online product was already registered on August 2022 so am i dealing with same motherboard? It's a normal concern

Fair point but I'm not the one calling it's him. I keep most convo to chat limited. Plus I have talked to him about legal actions of what he's doing to which he replied me (ss below) he wants everyone to think I'm threatening him when he was the one who wanted to tamper with invoice (and yes tampering with gst invoice and using it is offence with 25k fine)

Dude just give the invoice or refund him. His concerns over disparity between invoice date and warranty status are genuine. Whatever he does to the invoice is none of youe business, you have to give it up if you want to sell used stuff claiming to be in warranty. I have sold lots of stuff with my detailed personal address and number on the invoice. If you can't share it, then don't deal!

Still the mods are giving you a choice. Take one and be done with it.

Alright I'll need to talk to my CA and I need time for it, will revert back here.

He further threatened me that since the cabinet had a little bent he will give me bad rating (damaged during shipping) though i offered him to ship it back and yes he didn't pay at that point so I don't understand what did he lose. He even asked me to reduce the price of the product he purchased (psu) further he's just making up stuff cause i have no proof about few things since he called and talked about em to me on it

I cannot take the motherboard back it's been over 12 days today. If it was a matter of just a day or two I would have taken it back and over than I don't trust even a single word out from that guy.

This is enough out of you, you still got a positive feedback from me because you are a new member and you never had any experience. I never wanted to spoil your new profile and that is why I gave you a positive feedback even after such a big mistake of yours.

You offered to do some illegal stuff as well. Moreover your claimed warranty is not matching with what MSI site is saying.

If I may go out on a limb here, I would say the board is older than you claimed, you posted a fake invoice here. When buyer asked for the unblurred one, you panicked thinking if the invoice is cross checked anywhere, your scam will come to light, hence all this drama over providing something as simple as an invoice.

Or MSI automatically starts warranty a few months after import, I don't know...
