When I told you I will remove my GST tin and will send you the invoice, you marked it as invoice tempering. You clearly mentioned your father can produce invoice based on other invoice seems absolutely fine. That is not allowed, in fact that is against law too.

I lost insured claim on the cabinet (not sure if they will accept claim after so many days you can correction would be appreciated),i lost warranty ( invoice not provided yet) for the product with 15% discount (17.2k price)which was opened and has lost almost 1 year warranty. You lost nothing tbh practically but according to you I'm lying and you think I'm gaining alot from this below ss attached scl gaming (one of the most reputed store ) providing motherboard for 20500

Not only gst number you'll put my name too in there with address which is illegal. I clearly mentioned my father has to produce invoice so that he can show the 17.2k debit amount, where they went. Your invoice will attached as a proof the product that was bought was motherboard from a reseller

That is the problem, I am not a reseller, I bought the motherboard for personal use and no matter who you are you cannot create invoice or any proof of purchase as a second buyer.

As for your cabinet I will ship it today. But please don't expect me to pay the shipping because it was all your fault that caused damage. Please pay for return shipping and you will get the cabinet back tomorrow morning only as I will be shipping via bus.

Have you claimed GST on this motherboard, is that why you are so reluctant to share the invoice. I can see that you are using an Amazon Business account from the screenshot. I believe you need a business registered with a GSTin to create a business account.

That is the problem, I am not a reseller, I bought the motherboard for personal use and no matter who you are you cannot create invoice or any proof of purchase as a second buyer.

  1. You bought the mobo using a Business Account, as seen on the screenshot
  2. You said you have your GSTIN on the invoice, which further confirms it
  3. You can't buy things using business a/c for personal use, but you did exactly that
  4. You've claimed GST input credit on this personal product by declaring it as business expense
  5. When buyer mentioned (mistakenly) that they would claim GST input credit since this is a business expense for them, you got spooked that your scam/crime will come to light
  6. You're using cabinet damage as an excuse to avoid sharing invoice. (which was a separate deal, not a trade for items here)
Did I get everything right @bloomfield295?

@mods for the love of everything that contains silicon and electricity, please made submitting bills with only personal info edited out mandatory.

Don't worry, we will clear this out. But right I don't have energy to write. I will come up with my last final post soon . You have considered your assumptions as facts and have tried to prove me guilty on that basis. I will clear out each and every thing but I don't have time now, will be back later.

Phone is a business asset and is also for personal use. That does not means you cannot claim GST on it. That motherboard was bought for office but that does not means I am not allowed to game on it

I haven't claimed any GST on it because I decided not to use it

Cabinet is still sitting in it original box and is ready to be shipped back.

True the lines have been blurred by Home-Office setups.
I haven't claimed any GST on it because I decided not to use it.
Then you shouldn't have any problems with sharing the invoice. Only YOU can claim GIC since it was billed to YOUR GST. No 3rd party can claim it unless you provide them with your own GST invoice, as a reseller.

There are multiple things to cover, working on them so that I can provide resolutions. Have also emailed Asus regarding the warranty issue. Would request you to be a little more patient. Will be back soon.

I don't know what are multiple things to cover or work on when everything has been discussed above. Regarding warranty I can wait for asus service team to answer but it has nothing to with you not providing invoice or giving me refund I don't see any reason why shipping of cabinet has to wait?

Also little secret i already contacted asus on 27 th april regarding warranty issues and missing keychain (when you told me that you had no idea how the keychain disappeared and you didn't touch anything). But again they asked for invoice

@bloomfield295
@ILLusionOwO

I have a suggestion.
Since purchase was amazon, it is very easy to verify invoice.
@bloomfield295 let a MOD verify the invoice and PSlip. Give access of your amazon account to a MOD or do it over Remote connection and mod can watch.
By verifying Invoice and PSLip(Packaging Slip contains SERIAL NUMBER of Shipped product.) it can be assured that product is purchased on the date the buyer says.
After that Buyer can send the Invoice to ASUS and get the warranty date corrected. In this way the warranty date mismatch issue can be resolved.

Since the deal has went SOUR, i would suggest to NULLIFY the deal.
Refund entire money and return entire products from both ends/parties.
Both bear the total shipping cost split evenly.
Escrow the money to MOD, and ship items properly and record the video of unboxing.

I have already shared the screenshot of my orders page to verify. As far as warranty is concerned it's also confirmed. There will be full warranty from the purchase date of the invoice. As for the cabinet I will ship it tomorrow morning.

We talked about this before here. He has refused for refund at all cost. So I have stopped asking him about refund (even though package is left practically untouched) thats why all I'm asking is for invoice. As for warranty I was told he emailed asus support so waiting for their reply. Today I talked to him in call for 1 and half hour he has some conditions that I need to full fill before invoice can be given to me. As for cabinet he said he will ship it tomorrow.

As I understand..

Deal finalised as :-
Processor - 9000
PSU - 3600
Cabinet - 1000

Invoices for above sent with the package.

Cabinet received damaged.
After 2 days, 9000 + 3600 (Proc + PSU) payment made.

Rs. 300 sent by @ILLusionOwO for return shipment of the cabinet.

Anything wrong with this @bloomfield295 ?

there is a little correction,
Deal finalised as :-
Processor - 9000
PSU + Cabinet - 4500 + 100 shipping was the deal. Seller him self mentioned in his post, 3800rs (PSU) + 1800rs (cabinet). Ultimately I offered him 4500rs for the psu + cabinet, individual prices of each component were never decided. But once the cabinet got damaged i was asked to pay 3600rs for the psu (basically cabinet price was automatically changed to 1000) and i got a testing time of 5 days but as i was not having all the other pc parts and the seller was in hurry and needed funds urgently he asked me to transferred 3600rs for the psu. Later i realized i paid a little higher for the psu and asked him to lower the asking price a little but he never agreed.

As for the Cabinet i have already received 300rs for shipping it back via charted bus. Will be shipping the cabinet within one hour from now.

The buyer has blamed/accused me of the following without knowing the reality of the matter, all the claims he has been making against me are a result of his tentative thinking and understanding.

I was blamed for not handing over the product to the courier guy
As I have already mentioned I did no such thing, no one called me or came to my place to pick the product up. This is very common these days, those courier pickup guys mark it user not available to hand over the package or something else, this has happened with me, him and others on the forum too. But what he did was blamed all that on me that I am keeping his damaged cabinet as hostage.

Raised Un-necessary Warranty Issue
The product was imported in January 22, and its onsite warranty started in august 22, the product was billed to me on 26th dec 22, got delivered on 1st jan 23.
This was confirmed with a well-known vendor in Indore as well as from ASUS service center ‘you don’t even need invoice to claim warranty on the products on which onsite warranty is applicable. The onsite warranty on the motherboard has already been confirmed by the buyer himself, it is applicable till august 2025 (even without the invoice). So basically, without the invoice too, there is a 27-month warranty period on the motherboard.

Invoice Tampering
I did no such thing, as he mentioned I want to claim 18% gst on that product which he is buying as a second buyer made me skeptical of exactly what he is up to. So, I just asked him to remove my gst tin from my invoice so that I don’t get to face any issues later. But he presented all this in a way as if I was to get him a fake invoice or as if I am into tampering the invoice. He himself mentioned on WhatsApp that been a government employee, he can produce bill for any gst claim, which is something not allowed legally. Then later he denied it and then he told me that he is going to show me a reseller in his books. Then I told him I am not a reseller and I am selling pc parts just as an end user here. Ultimately it is still unclear what he is up to. This why I denied to provide him the invoice.

Lying about threatening to give negative feedback, when I have already submitted positive feedback.
So as soon as I realized that the cabinet has got damaged in transit, I contacted the buyer and mentioned everything. He accepted his mistake and ultimately it was decided that I get to keep the damaged cabinet for no extra cost but just after an hour he called again and told me he can raise a complain against courier service and wants his cabinet shipped back to him.

As for the feedback, I told him as he is new to the forum and was not aware of how to properly pack the products for shipping, I am not going to mention all this on TE so that no damage is done to his profile. But again, he lied, and even mentioned I was threatening him to give negative feedback when I have already given him positive feedback for the broken cabinet deal.

I have relatives in your city and I would like to send them to your location.
Then on the phone he told me he is having some relative that he can send to my place, then later he mentioned, he was going to send someone to explain the issue.

Things To Consider:
  • The motherboard was bought from amazon india who warranty has already been verified by the buyer from asus india website.
  • The buyer has received a brand-new motherboard with a 27 months warranty period based on motherboard serial number. (Even without invoice)
  • He himself submitted positive feedback himself without me asking him to do so.
  • The brand new/never used motherboard was sold at a loss of 29% but when asked to reduce price for a one-year-old psu to at least 40%, he as a seller never agreed.
  • The Invoice is not yet provide because whatever the buyer has to do with it might put me in the problem on a future date.
  • All I ask from the buyer is to accept all the lies he mentioned here. From there on I am ready to provide resolution based on mods suggestion.

Warranty starting before bill date can catch anyone off-guard. However it was claimed that ~3 years was remaining, not ~2.5.
