All negotiation have broken down. I have finally lost my patience.The seller @bloomfield295 offered me refund of motherboard on a condition I apologise regarding everything I have said here and send them motherboard they will check it and refund me the amount yes they will deduct -300 for shipping cost. I offered middle men as mods but they refused apparently they think i bought mods here. As for apology they think they will saved if i lie and accept everything as my mistake. I believe I have nothing to apologize for I did nothing wrong Everything I said here is true reporting of all the incidents that have happened (Please you can correct me if you want I'm inexperienced here).I have nothing to gain by lying about him or the deal
From 26th april till now I have been feeling anxious, uncomfortable and I have been threatened with words- I have nothing to lose, I'll just lose the account,Kya kar lega tu by the seller Almost on every convo. I couldn't mention lot of stuff as I had alot to lose and if i get on bad side of seller I'll never get invoice,cabinet. I was worried. I don't come from a rich family, recently business have been going well all thanks to my dad who works from 10 am to 10:30 pm daily to make ends meet despite being a heart patient and I have disappointed him in ways with this deal.What hurts me most is that I don't earn a single penny and yet I used his money carelessly. I ruined his hardwork. I'm disappointed in myself. Continuing the matter from 26th april till 11th may the seller have put me through lot of pain threatening me every now and then with their words I'm losing nothing,kya kar lega- according to them its my reality (ss attached below) and putting me through all their unreasonable demands cause I'm a new member in the community. He shouldn't have started a deal with me if he suspects new member this much but anyway he did.His key points are
  1. Change of psu price- he thinks I lied to the community that i sold him psu for 3600 instead of 2600 but below is attached screenshot of another buyer who is willing to buy psu and even willing to pay for shipping for 3600 rs. The logical question is why would i sell the psu at lower rate to him when I'm getting better offer? Below are ss
  2. Cabinet not being picked up- as told by everyone delhivery might not be picking up package intentionally... I talked to delhivery support and typed what they told me. So I'm not sure which is which. I have lost trust in delhivery and lost insurance claim on cabinet because couldn't present cabinet in time nor pics nor videos even upon asking multiple times from him
  3. He thinks I'm threatening him- I told him my uncle who was in ujjain at that time would pick up cabinet and if he has any question regarding gst he can clear it with him. But he told the community here I'm threatening him by sending someone like a thug seriously? my uncle is not some crook or thug. The seller doesn't understand this is a very serious matter yet they casually lied. People file fir on simple threats tf he's talking about?
  4. Warranty issues - i talked to asus today by calling official customer service and few service centre around my area. What they said is simple -no invoice no warranty. So the seller claimed that they talked to asus support and biggest vendor in indore (sigma computer) about warranty issues is unresolved. Infact the information he provided is wrong. Today upon asking if the seller has invoice with them currently they couldn't answer. Fun fact seller is arranging invoice from their brother account since 26th april,they are able to get screenshot of their purchase in Amazon order section from their brother but still they can't get the invoice by making his brother click two more times. You already know what this means(ss attached below)Plus according to asus warranty shouldn't start on August 2022. Import date manufacturing date has nothing to do with warranty. The only thing that starts warranty is invoice and they need invoice to tell me what actually happened.this is rare case for them
  5. Reputation damage- they think i damaged their reputation,bought mods and they think whoever commented on this thread is my friend attacking him. I barely know anyone here. I'm just a new guy idk from where they got this idea.As for reputation damage I never typed anything that didn't happen nor I have anything to gain from this infact this matter gave me enough anxiety and regret that i just wanna leave.I felt like I'm their prey whenever they said they have nothing to lose,kya kar lega tu etc now I'll fight against your bs(Ss below)

Gst - he thinks I'll claim gst even though some reputed members cleared everything but when things regarding gst gets cleared up he brings up cabinet when things regarding cabinet clears up he brings up psu price then my behaviour and cycle repeats. Now I'm sure they don't wanna negotiate in first place. So it's all pointless to me.
He wants me to apologize to save himself and use the cabinet and invoice as a means to manipulate me and make me do things which will restore his reputation and I'll become the cause of trouble here. I GIVE UP. I don't need invoice I don't need cabinet I'm done with you. I'll take this as learning experience and remember this karma will definitely get you. You think you're so high and mighty you'll definitely fall. I'm sorry everyone who to take part or see such ugly spat I'm sorry for ruining atmosphere here. I'm sorry for causing trouble to mods spamming their dms I rest my case. Thankyou everyone who all tried to understand me and gave suggestion in the thread

That really made me angry as well as sad. Angry because sellers are acting like gods here and ruining the marketplace. They are acting like nobody can touch them. Buyers are on their mercy. Sellers got nothing to lose. Seller got the money and he doesn't take any kind of responsibility whatsoever and if he is caught, he flips his finger. If things don't go his way, he will create another account. Sad because nothing is stopping this behavior.
 
I highly doubt you and especially your parcel packing skills, because you have already sent me a cabinet which got damaged from two sides. So i will not transfer the amount to you directly but i am ready to transfer the amount to a moderator if he agrees. Once i transfer the amount, you will have to ship the motherboard back to me with entirely your responsibility of it reaching me in the condition that i sent you. Once i get the parcel back, i will open it right in front of the camera, will make a full video.

-In case the motherboard gets damaged in transit, the mod has to refund me entirely.
-If there is any problem with the motherboard that is caused by you, the mod has to refund me entirely.
-If there are any bent pins or any accessories are missing, then again i wont be able to accept the motherboard and will send it back to you at your cost and the mod has to transfer me the back my full amount.
-You transferred me 17.2k for the motherboard with shipping, i will transfer back 16.9k to the mods, i will not bear the shipping charges.

As for the cabinet deal, i agreed at 4500rs for psu + cabinet, price for each component was never decided. as you cabinet got damaged in transit, it does not means i am buying your psu for 3600rs. So i will send you your psu and cabinet back too or if you want me to keep the psu and cabinet then 3600 which i have already transferred is the best i can offer for both.

If you and the mods agree with all the things that i have mentioned above, only then we can proceed.
As for the cabinet i already printed your full address on its box but it was you who told me to keep it again and not send it because you are not going make much money out of it so stop putting that on me.
The buyer has blamed/accused me of the following without knowing the reality of the matter, all the claims he has been making against me are a result of his tentative thinking and understanding.


I was blamed for not handing over the product to the courier guy
As I have already mentioned I did no such thing, no one called me or came to my place to pick the product up. This is very common these days, those courier pickup guys mark it user not available to hand over the package or something else, this has happened with me, him and others on the forum too. But what he did was blamed all that on me that I am keeping his damaged cabinet as hostage.

Raised Un-necessary Warranty Issue
The product was imported in January 22, and its onsite warranty started in august 22, the product was billed to me on 26th dec 22, got delivered on 1st jan 23.
This was confirmed with a well-known vendor in Indore as well as from ASUS service center ‘you don’t even need invoice to claim warranty on the products on which onsite warranty is applicable. The onsite warranty on the motherboard has already been confirmed by the buyer himself, it is applicable till august 2025 (even without the invoice). So basically, without the invoice too, there is a 27-month warranty period on the motherboard.

Invoice Tampering
I did no such thing, as he mentioned I want to claim 18% gst on that product which he is buying as a second buyer made me skeptical of exactly what he is up to. So, I just asked him to remove my gst tin from my invoice so that I don’t get to face any issues later. But he presented all this in a way as if I was to get him a fake invoice or as if I am into tampering the invoice. He himself mentioned on WhatsApp that been a government employee, he can produce bill for any gst claim, which is something not allowed legally. Then later he denied it and then he told me that he is going to show me a reseller in his books. Then I told him I am not a reseller and I am selling pc parts just as an end user here. Ultimately it is still unclear what he is up to. This why I denied to provide him the invoice.

Lying about threatening to give negative feedback, when I have already submitted positive feedback.
So as soon as I realized that the cabinet has got damaged in transit, I contacted the buyer and mentioned everything. He accepted his mistake and ultimately it was decided that I get to keep the damaged cabinet for no extra cost but just after an hour he called again and told me he can raise a complain against courier service and wants his cabinet shipped back to him.

As for the feedback, I told him as he is new to the forum and was not aware of how to properly pack the products for shipping, I am not going to mention all this on TE so that no damage is done to his profile. But again, he lied, and even mentioned I was threatening him to give negative feedback when I have already given him positive feedback for the broken cabinet deal.

I have relatives in your city and I would like to send them to your location.
Then on the phone he told me he is having some relative that he can send to my place, then later he mentioned, he was going to send someone to explain the issue.

Things To Consider:
  • The motherboard was bought from amazon india who warranty has already been verified by the buyer from asus india website.
  • The buyer has received a brand-new motherboard with a 27 months warranty period based on motherboard serial number. (Even without invoice)
  • He himself submitted positive feedback himself without me asking him to do so.
  • The brand new/never used motherboard was sold at a loss of 29% but when asked to reduce price for a one-year-old psu to at least 40%, he as a seller never agreed.
  • The Invoice is not yet provide because whatever the buyer has to do with it might put me in the problem on a future date.
  • All I ask from the buyer is to accept all the lies he mentioned here. From there on I am ready to provide resolution based on mods suggestion.
 
All this just makes me sad. At this point TE gets hurt no matter where this goes. Marketplaces/Forums like these can not exist without some semblence of honesty, trust and giving someone the benefit of the doubt. I hope and wish that this remains an outlier case and I can still shop and engage freely here.
 
Just as well, after his tax fraud came to light thanks to @n1r0 . The childish lengths people will go to, to avoid being caught. We all need to have each others' backs, as a community. That's why TE isn't OLX or FB.

@Crazy_Eddy @puns for the benefit of all, I would recommend adding Bloomfield to the list of fraudulent members.
