Are these headsets legit or just the name?
I need a full-ear headset with a good mic. Was thinking of buying a used gaming wala as they have mic but some recommended "studio" one with clip-on mic. Low budget is the issue.

studio headsets usually have better imaging and soundspace. you can pin point the footstep up-down, left-right, front-back.
the akg ones above seem to be open-back. sound leaks out and outside sound can be heard. I could not use it with a fan as the fan sound leaked in.

Fixed, these are not gaming headsets. Getting a mod mic will increase the cost further. It is better to get a gaming headset.
These are 55-ohms Semi-Open Back headphones, which may require an amplifier for devices that can't power them well.
Frequency response graph, review. These won't have much bass and don't take too much bass EQ well.

7700 was 25k or lower in Aug-Sep 2024 from what I remember before prices started going up (7800X3D was under 35k back then). It has open box delivery (which is nice), but please be very vigilant when accepting the order, as it is Flipkart (goes without saying).

Yes, upgrading from i5 12400 + B660M + DDR4 platform. Ordered Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WIFI6E (19.5k) + 2x16GB 6000MHz CL30 RAM (9.1k) from Vedant with SBI cashback CC. With cashback, effective upgrade cost was 48.4k.

I didn't realize that these blades were so expensive. 7'o clock platinum double edged blade with a safety razor gives a much better shave than any multiple blade razor that I have used. Try it. One has to be a little more careful with a safety razor compared to these, but it is much better and cheaper.
What is your purpose? Thought the i5 12th gen would be good enough for almost everything. Unless you live on the bleeding edge of course.
My guess - He's got a 7900 GRE (previously a 3070) that isn't being used to its full potential. The 12400, as good as it is, is getting a bit long in the tooth for above-budget gaming.

Sure, i5 12400 doesn't bottleneck my 7900GRE by a huge margin in most games but I was planning to upgrade to this year anyways. Was initially considering 9800X3D & was planning to wait, then was considering R5 7600, then this R7 7700 deal made me just go ahead with purchase now.
I expect biggest improvement in CoD BO6 where avg fps is 130fps with 1% low above 90fps. Apparantly my GPU can push 180fps.
