iPhone Battery Health – Long Term Experiment

With 4nm processors it's possible, 2 hours average is the screen on time. On heavier-use days, I top it up again. So at worst, I do two 20% charges in a day. This is actually better than doing a single 40% charge because I’m cycling through a smaller portion of the battery each time, which...

iPhone Battery Health – Long Term Experiment

That was actually my original plan to use the 5W charger. But the official 5W charger only has a USB-A port, which meant I’d need a USB-A to USB-C cable. Unfortunately, when I got the phone, Apple’s official USB-A to USB-C cable wasn’t available, so I ended up going with the 20W charger instead...

iPhone Battery Health – Long Term Experiment

That is on PC, through USB port, connected phone to PC to get the battery stats, normally I use the original charger which is 20W, the phone is charged up in 15 minutes, from 40% to 60% and the phone does get hot because it fast charges, it is using the full 20watt at that point. I should, but...

iPhone Battery Health – Long Term Experiment

It's 3utools app for windows. A must app if anyone is buying a second-hand iPhone, it tells all kinds of important data. In my opinion all iPhone posted on the market place in this site, should post the device report generated by 3utools, it will add credibility value to the phone. Yes, it's...

iPhone Battery Health – Long Term Experiment

Hello folks, Since the launch of the iPhone 15 series, Apple has doubled the official battery cycle lifespan from 500 to 1,000 cycles. This means the battery is now rated to retain 80% of its original capacity after 1,000 full charge cycles. That’s a significant leap, especially considering...

    Are gaming peripherals overrated?

Gaming gear which reduces the system latency from mouse click to display on screen, always helps.

Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6/VI) / Upcoming Grand Theft Auto Title

Folks are saying it will be 30 FPS on PS5 and XBOX on release, just like GTA 5 launch was on PS3 at 30FPS.

15-20K Samsung phone with dedicated sd card slot in 15-20k range

I tried it once and it worked, I didn't use it for long time. The only problem I see with this is, if you need to remove SD card or sims or the case on regular bases, then I suppose it won't work reliably, as long as the contacts are making contact, I don't see any reason to why it won't work...

Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6/VI) / Upcoming Grand Theft Auto Title

It’s only up from here, once the modding community gets their hands on those giggle physics, things are going to explode. They’ve nailed it so well, this will be a cash cow for years, maybe even longer then next 13 years.

15-20K Samsung phone with dedicated sd card slot in 15-20k range

Why do you need dedicated sd card slot? Is it because with dual sim you can't use sd card?

Swift, Baleno, fronx, dzire... But I am leaning towards brezza now... What do you guys feel.. Will there be a new update in August 25.???

The new engine break-in procedure. Why break-in? New engines have tight tolerances, and the initial running-in period allows parts to adjust to each other, creating a smooth, efficient wear pattern. What to do? Avoid high RPMs and hard acceleration in the initial stages. Vary the engine speed...

Need advice on soldering liPo battery tabs

Battery terminals are usually steel or aluminum, the welded tab is usually nickel plated steel or pure nickel, after spot welding both, we either connect nickel directly to the board via soldering or we solder wire on to it. After spot welding, we solder only to the tab not the battery terminal...

Need advice on soldering liPo battery tabs

Not true, spot welds doesn't affect discharge heat, it in fact minimizes the heat, provides low-resistance connections, which is very important for high current use. Soldering in comparison heats the cell much more during assembly and is generally avoided it's also time consuming and expensive...
