Altec Lansing 251 ( 5.1 ) is a good buy for 4.3k. It offers decent quality of Bass in music and gaming and does well in movies too.

i have used the flips and the candy bars , i wud go for candy for func for eg like teh 02 xphone 2 it rocks, and for style its the swivel or flips. i wud rather go for func than looks , i learnt it the hard way :P

I dont think you will get more than 4-5 grands for all the 3 items put togather, better than that just get a new mobo proccy ram cabinet and hdd use the other parts form ur existing config like optical drives and so on. Instead of selling i would advise you to keep your old pc as a file server...
