I don't know what PSU they're using but he was using a 3060 Ti for some time before he gave the rig to his brother. He's keeping the 3060 Ti for his new system. Neither of them plays very demanding games.

The person asking to buy it does not intend to use it in his main system. It's for his younger brother who doesn't have any graphics card.

These people have no principles, so I suggest you inform them in writing that you're cancelling the order - as a precaution against the unlikely event that they actually send the card later and try to make you pay for it.
