I don't know what PSU they're using but he was using a 3060 Ti for some time before he gave the rig to his brother. He's keeping the 3060 Ti for his new system. Neither of them plays very demanding games.

These people have no principles, so I suggest you inform them in writing that you're cancelling the order - as a precaution against the unlikely event that they actually send the card later and try to make you pay for it.

Did you message him by SMS or by Whatsapp? Do you know if he's the owner, manager or something else?

Did you order prepaid or COD? If COD, I guess you can consider it cancelled. If prepaid, I suggest contacting them by phone and pressing them to commit themselves one way or another.
