We have not considered the use of family plans but individually my entire family uses the Airtel Prepaid 548 plan. Rs 548 - Unlimited Calls+ 7 GB data - 84Days. Roughly around 180 a month. Worth it for us.

I have gotten the belkin charger for 3000rs last year on sale. Works great but there's no cable in the box. So had to get another Belkin Cable 6ft with support for fast charging for another 1000rs but I'm sure there are cheaper options now. Definitely recommend getting a 6ft or more fast...
