    It looks like cpu is not getting enough voltage so under load its giving you errors. Have you changed anything in bios or all stock ? I think you should first rule this out before buying a power supply. Also your PSU is quite good with plenty of headroom... you could easily run a much more...

    I suggest a different route , look to get a decent intel setup i5 and 8gb ram doesnt need to be K just the best you can afford. My friend games on a 550 non ti 1080p , settings have to be toned down but it still runs full hd. After your board cpu get a gpu upgrade later. So imo getting new cpu...
