Why don't you ask Ganesh from where he gets his stuff? or since you are so smart why don't you find out?

Secondly just because other sellers in the forum do business and evade tax doesn't mean everyone should do it thinking it's their birth right..
Somebody has to step in.
I have done my part by complaining to the concerned authorities.

Btw why are u getting pissed if I'm asking about the dealers somehow its hurting you ...why ?

As for evading taxes we are talking about this forum in particular why just stop at one seller and not others there are more on the forum.

Jak has posted a screen shot of his PM with you a few posts back in this thread. I remember that for sale thread of yours where you tried to shame some buyer by posting the details of PM you received but in the end everyone in the forum humiliated you for posting details. The mod then cleaned the thread..
you got humiliated because of jak and now you are just posting in this thread to get back at him...;);););)

Thats some news to me, Don't mind me asking do u work for jak ? Do read my replies in this thread he stated he has the details of the dealer hikvision sold the drives then why not share it openly now you jumped in between protecting him. Why ?

This looks like you guys have something personal against the other seller. Now on asking jak about the sellers details he said he will not reply anymore to this thread this clearly means something is fishy .

I know u are here just to support Ganesh coz u also probably do the same thing
I am more interested in preventing such fraud sellers like Ganesh from misusing the forum
So will be ignoring your posts henceforth
Ganesh sold over 100 items and didn't have a single invoice for even one of the item.

Anyways let's get back to the main issue.

Dude calm down. If you knew Karan bhai like most of the forum regulars have for the last decade, then you wouldn't be commenting like this. Please don't throw around baseless allegations without any proofs.
You were one of the first guys to raise this issue so why do you have a problem now when others want to get to the bottom of this. When Jak has already shared so much, then why stop now. It is of course his complete right to not want to share the details, but so have others to ask for them, just like you have been asking for ownership details from all sellers.

Go ask your teacher what if his customers sell stuff in cash do they show that in GST returns or they on purpose hide it to keep that GST for items purchased without paying GST.

As for claiming GST i recently claimed GST on couple of cellphones laptop so that nothing new.

I have already informed that I dont want to involve myself in this mess.
I have given info which i received. You can call it a tip. If you want to investigate more you can very well buy from Ganesh and then check the serial numbers from the respective importers.

I have checked Karan's FS items and appears he has provided invoices to most items. So I take back what I said about him being like Ganesh.

Ganesh not coming forward and giving out details...

I remember looking up this FS thread to check whether the reseller was someone who had been banned recently.
I noticed even that time, you and Oodibaba were the first to descend on the thread to defend Jak, despite the fact Jak's name had not been mentioned in that thread.
So what's the connection between you, JAK and Oodibaba?

@JAK accused ganesh and now he is not ready to share the detials how he conducted the fraud, I hope JAK you are not involved in some kind of fraud ? Also I hope @Oodibaba @izzner you guys are not part of it I'm just asking not blaming you guys, Like JAK he says Ganesh is a fraud but not ready to share the details. There could be only 2 reason to this, 1. He do not have any proff or 2. He himself is a part of it.

i think only MODS can answer whether 2 or 3 or 4 or just one. When I looked at the profiles of JAK and izzner, both had same birthdays. So thought people born on that day are probably more into policing tax evaders and that is made both of them support each other!
