This was long due. We have three bicycles, 2 2W and a car. Biggest problem is the 450X and the bicycles as I cannot just go and get air for free at petrol bunk every time tyre pressure is less. Recently, 450X's MRF tyre was damaged as we did not see that the pressure was low. After coming home, I saw that there are big cracks in sidewall. Upgraded 450X tires to Michelin Pilot Streets. Bloody huge difference in smoothness and is lot more agile now. To avoid such incidents, got the Qubo tyre inflator on Amazon for 2.5k. Michelins costs 3.8k for front and back, including installation charges.

the only problem is that these devices from mi/qubo/portronics go dead in a year or 18 months..

The ones with inbuilt batteries are meant for emergencies/very rare use. And once the battery dies, they are useless.

Get one with a 12V cigarette port input from a reputed brand, and power it from bike/car directly with engine running. My previous inflator from Slime lasted from 2012 to 2023 with occasional usage.

One thing I don't like about the current models is they have a screw on type nozzle to conenct to the valve instead of quick release ones. Some air will leak out when you're trying to disconnect the inflator, and quite frankly it's a bit of a unnecessary hassle. Example quick connector:
