Israel Hezbollah Pager Attack.

This article has picked up on the domestic bickering in Israel that their latest attacks didn't go far enough. Just blame Bibi....left, right and centre all have their own nits.

For instance, the two Iranian actions caused millions of Israelis to scramble for bomb shelters. Whereas the Israeli raid last weekend imposed no such fear on the residents of Tehran or neighbouring cities as they were highly targeted. There was no wow factor about it whatsoever like say pager attack :bored:

The general belief has been that Tehran is cautious and avoids taking direct action against Israel using conventional weapons, not to speak of nuclear weapons.

I disagree with the Israeli opposition. On the contrary the last raid showed both sides what was possible and the Iranians know they cannot defend their oil or nuclear infrastructure from an Israeli attack.

The whole point of the raid was to build back deterrence against Iran. Which was non existent if Iran could willynilly fire 300+ projectiles at Israel in April only to follow with 180 ballistic missles at the beginning of this month.

Not attack nuclear infrastructure. Learn to walk first.

We will see if that succeeded otherwise the Israelis will have to work more at it.

At this moment, Israel's opposition might be sputtering something just to convey to people that they exits. And such comments rather just gives more credibility to Bibi. Israel is extremely good at smoke and mirror games, propaganda, etc.

Despite his fierce criticisms of Israel the man was a patriot and got the recognition of Bibi at his funeral which means he's ok in my books. Not one of these self hating types out to make a quick buck while the sun shines.

Amos Oz is the one who started Peace Now back in 1978. Still going. Hard core lefty group. Still parrots Amos line of two state solution which he originally coined that will never happen because it will threaten Israel & Jordanian security which by extension means the moderate gulf states.

But is the default official position of numerous countries including India. If you wanted to get consensus within P5 & India on one thing. Two state it is.

What was ironic to see was a Peace Now sticker on a fridge door of a burnt out house from one of the kibbutz attacked on Oct 7. Peacenik political beliefs didn't save the residents of this home. They had to die just because they were jewish.

He will make Russia compromise a little bit Ukraine the most.

In return he will remove most sanctions also.

He also does not like China and that is good news for us Indians.

But he has threatened India with tariffs and all.

I hope he does not approve further arms aid to Pakistan.
Last time they upgraded their f-16s making it even more sophisticated not exactly sure what exactly was the part of the deal as it was very hush hush but it was upgraded for 500 millions dollar paid by American people.

Not happening. he considers Pakistan as back stabbers. There's a tweet of his saying USA gave Pakistan 32 billion dollars and Pakistan had nothing to show for it. If he won't give money to NATO, there's no way he will spend on Pakistan which is a black hole. Btw, he does not like Trudeau too. He will put tariffs on Canadian maple syrup and wood imports.
 
Trump is well aware of what Pakistan is for India. So he is not going to be selling any weapons to them.
There are only 2 foreign leaders Trump has called a friend one is Victor Orban of Hungary and the other is Modi. He has nothing but praises for our PM.

Trump talks about tariffs but he knows fully well who are India adversary. You have people like Tulsi Gabbard who is advising him now and probably Vivek too. Tulsi knows in depth about the issues India face with respect to pakistan and Bangladesh, including the recent events.

He will be tough on Pakistan for sure but not the can't ignore Pakistan completely.
When India is fast getting equipped with latest weapons.
Already ordered submarine and predator drones.

Look the way USA works is ek ke peeche ek ko Lage ke rakhne ka to counter each other..

Hope these two Indian origin advisers do for India what jews in USA did for Israel.

But I explained above.USA cannot completely ignore Pakistan . Pakistan is the best attack dog.( Saudis have used them, Jordan has used them, Qatar has used them). ( No offence meant to any Pakistani if here) just a honest fact.

Things are about to get very interesting. Earlier obstacles have gone. If they want to setback Iran's nuclear program this is the time. Just have to figure out the sequencing. Do a joint strike or let the Israelis have the necessary tools and they will get it done.

Point was in reference to how Ukraine will be dealt with by Ukraine. India has no role here.
 
All Trump's talk about not involving in war totally disappears when he talk about Iran, don't know why.
Comparatively, Iran is a place which actually can be stable, know how to negotiate.

In an ideal world, yes but if critical infrastructure is being run then its a question of national security.

The problem here is the loss of trust and it's felt more in Russia. That a thirty year peace dividend was squandered is only testament to it. The Russians wanted in, only to be rejected and further on threatened. Putin called this out as early as 2007 at a European security conference. The weather had become decidedly frosty and he was feeling it.
