Ryzen 3600 was recently available for INR 5300 from amazon in last sale. Even now its around 6.7k after card discounts. In used market sellers are expecting 5-5.5k for OOW ~4 year old processor which doesn't make sense.

I suggest you to wait for upcoming festival sale, most probably the INR 5300 offer will come back but if you are in a hurry then better look for Ryzen 5600 in used market which sells for around 7-8k. Or if you can get a fairly priced Ryzen 3600 in used market (Around or under 4k if you ask me).

You can run win 11 LTSC IoT version on it but I suggest to stick with win 10 LTSC IoT version for now as win 11 LTSC IoT seems to have the usual initial phase windows bugs. Win 11 UI also is very different from win 10 & you will either like it or hate it so better test it first on some other pc/inside virtual machine.

Might try something similar apart from r5 3600.

Another thing...
Have had a kinna sour experience recently...
Please contact only if you are sure of selling the cpu and willing to close the deal ASAP...
I would not entertain offers from guys who think exchnage of a couple of messages means I have to buy from them no matter what the price.
