I don't think you can sell offline Steam deals here. Those are essentially stolen/hacked accounts, resold to multiple people. Hence, offline.

Can show the relevant proofs
And i’m just sharing the account from that to recover the amount.
And steam official limit is for 5 devices
I can do that much.

That is Steam family sharing. You don't have to be offline for that. Every game can be connected online. The only caveat is that both users can't play one game at the same time. The shared member will get logged out.

The guy has a steam authenticator enabled with his phone. It provides credibility to some degree. Had a smooth deal with him for black myth though
