See I have enough proof and support from this community and I am thankful to them. I don't want to make a case out of this. Or else there are many sections in ipc in which case can be filed. Why would people even doubt you, since you're such an innocent little cupcake:

  1. Made multiple accounts (including this one)
  2. Posed as different people, including your own father
  3. Scammed
  4. Started replying to your own scam as a friendly advisor, as a different user, thinking you're a smooth operator
  5. Tried buying back your own dead card as a different person for a lower price than you sold it for, trying to make a profit

Focus your attention on being productive, like a student should be doing. Not side-hustle as a scammer, that too a dumbass one.

From what it seems like to me is that this guy before selling the GPU tried to fix it on his own and somehow might have gotten an output and thus took pictures of the AMD software but couldn't get any benchmarks to run so he posted screenshots of someone else's benchmarks but the dumbass couldn't realise that the CPU was different in both the cases.

He then sold the it and had planned to buy it back as his original plan for 9k posing as someone else from a different profile and make a 3k profit, so that he can rinse and repeat the scam all while looking like a messiah, and to make it seem legit he tried to blame the buyer, then tried to blame shipping and them tried to blame it on the age of the GPU, abe stupid 10 saal purane GPUs bhi kaam karte hain if taken care of.

But now since his personal information has been leaked he has come back to his save ass and blaming the community which was formed even before his balls dropped and also blaming the buyer. Idiot doesn't realise what doxxing is, the info here is what he has made available online publically on his own twitter, he is going to put his own father's job on the line here of he is a government employee, and probably thinks that he will escape this unharmed because of that.

So @mahe. accept that you are an idiot who got caught while trying to scam, give back the money take shitty GPU back and try not to be a turbotard next time around.

Then in 2021 you got banned for selling a non working & damaged Chromebook to MiteshR who bought it for his 5 years old niece. You still heartlessly did not return the money. You again joined TE as Tenego in March 19th,2024. Then changed your username to KiraKey. You posted a sale for Antec 550Watt New PSU in Feb 7th, 2025 but this sale did not go through as you were caught. Then simaltaneously you posted sale for Sapphire Pulse Rx6700 XT in Feb 20th,2025 posing as Mahe sold a dead GPU to munjal but refusing to return money. Now you are mocking a community thinking that you can escape from Law.

Don't think that you can cheat your way out because once your REAL IDENTITY is posted in facebook, twitter & reddit by any Citizen Journalist then tell me who will 1st take notice? All your chats, sale threads, addresses, Invoices you posted, account numbers will be posted where they need to go. You know what posing as many personalities and cheating them and at the same time posting abusing messages is called Impersonation.

I have just have put impersonation as the only offence you did until now. Shall I add more offences that you committed since 2013 onwards I mean since you were a minor.
Offences and punishments are added means as you have committed many offences at the same time, so does the punishments will be added one upon the other.
If more than one offence is registered then you won't get the option for invoking Section 320 CrPc anymore. So option for a compromise is lost for ever.

As a word of advice to you from an Advocate just don't ever mock, threaten or cheat any members of Tech Enclave again. Okay.

And while we're at it, I just hacked into his Facebook, but he doesn’t seem very active here. Not much to see.

tumhara eyes toh xray machine hai. Kaise tumne side se dekh liya ki new thermal pads hai wow. And the very first thing you say is repair shop mei duga card. So nice, I'm not saying ki intentionally. Ho sakta hai you had good intent. Thermal pads must be old, replace them. But still, not everyone is skilled to take apart a bulky card like this, that too sapphire makes somewhat sophisticated designs. A single knocked off SMD is enough

Pretty sure there must be laws for doxing, slandering, misrepresenting, harassing, and most importantly trying to coerce them/blackmail for monetary gain of you or parties you represent.

I've been on TE for a long time (over a decade), You along with your friends basically low ball, bully anyone else who joins new. You're new here, Immediately bully-bargain, pressurize/throw tantrums and shit-comment on threads to ruin any potential change of a successful sale for a new seller.

And you guys who are now taking moral high ground are the same members from erodov days who,

1) Sold defective RAM sticks and told me "What memory errors, the RAM worked fine in my PC"
2) Sold me a dead X58 motherboard that only booted up once every 10 attempts and told me "Maybe your CPU is faulty
3) Sold me a rusted GPU with stability issues and told me to check my cables, Wow!

When you're the seller, then all morality goes for a toss.
