I think the difference between a 4870 and 4890 is only of some frequencies like of memory..shader clock n etc so its much wiser to buy a 4890 at the price of 4870. But at the same time its not good to buy from some low esteem companies like powercolor and sapphire(sorry sapphire fanboys) which...
