Totaly agree, maintaining ratio on BWT is a pain. Many times I have come down 0.15 and it takes weeks to get positive. I download something overnight but have to wait for two weeks or more for ratio to balance out again. Yet BWT has easily the best collection of stuff out there!

Well I was having the same problem and i thot MTNL was up to something. Thankfully I moved to revolutiontt for now. Hope it comes back up soon.
