In my opinion, cooler master 600 may be only a little better than Antec NeoHE 500. Both have 456 watts on 12Va. Neo has 456watts continous, don't know of CM. Neo gives 456A @ 50C, does the CM give that at 25C or 50C? Also, you can consider Antec NeoHE 550 which would probably give even more...

No point going for a 7950GT as it is priced closed to a 1900XT or even XTX after rebate (at newegg) and performs much worse. You may be able to find a 1800XT around 20k. Contact Tirupati and SMC.

Rashi is an importer and may not sell to you directly. Anyway sometimes there prices can be insane or higher than market prices. Computer Empire is just too crowded and you might have problems in RMA etc, though I don't exactly know.

Those numbers were given by Vista. As for those 1,2,3 etc, it depends. If you feel that Vista runs faster than XP but not much faster then select 2), if you feel it is a tad slower then select 4). It is more or less subjective.

Vista is more or less stable even now. By 2008 it will be 100% stable.

For a card like this which is heat all inclusive, it would be better to buy from India in case it fails later, say after a yr or so. The same happened to 9800Pro's although those were Power color and Club 3Ds.

After 6 months each major game will work faster on Vista than on XP provided you have 1-2GB RAM.
