Hi Only CPU. No motherboard. CPU is not being used for more than 2 or 3 months. Used for 1-1/2year. Warranty left may be nine months or more or so.

Hi Simply, insert the metal wire between two plastic clips provided as holder for the same, by positioning the space bar properly in the center plastic seat or groove. You can use flat screw driver for pressing the metal wire at both ends. Press it little hard. It will simply be seated.

Hi Vivek thank you. But I am confused over the notches available in the card. It is only one key in AGP Slot. But the card has two key holes apart from the one for holder. That is why I am under confusion. Any way let me thinkover. Thanks.

Hi Problem is that both are 8x AGP but card slot interface has to be checked out. I have seen slot interface from GPUReview.com, It does not match. So No hope.
