Only CPU. No motherboard. CPU is not being used for more than 2 or 3 months. Used for 1-1/2year. Warranty left may be nine months or more or so.
 
its really tough to sell this thing mate...even i hav got one and i wanted to sell it at 3000 bucks :rofl: ...but the guy in nehru place from whom it was bought ..said that i can get a new 3000+ AM2 with a krypton mobo :S ...this was an eye opener for me :( ....still best of luck to get a buyer:hap2:
 
Will take it..CPU + Mobo rite? which Mobo?
By the way i am from bangalore

Do they both have warranty?
